Build on the Fleetwire API

Read and write bookings, vehicles, renters, payments, and payouts programmatically. Pull Fleetwire data into your own dashboards, sync a custom site, or automate workflows Zapier can't reach.

What you can build

Fleetwire data, in your own systems

The API exposes the objects your operation runs on, so you can integrate Fleetwire with tooling that's specific to your fleet — internal ops dashboards, custom sites, or data pipelines.

  • Bookings & vehicles. Read availability and reservations; create or update listings.
  • Payments & payouts. Pull transaction and payout data for reporting.
  • Webhooks. Get pushed events the moment a booking, payment, or verification changes.

Most workflows don't need code. Zapier connects Fleetwire to thousands of apps with no programming — reach for the API when you need something custom.

API questions

How does authentication work?

The API uses bearer tokens generated from your Fleetwire settings. Keep secret keys server-side; rotate them anytime from the dashboard.

Are there webhooks?

Yes. Subscribe to events like booking created, payment received, or verification completed to react in real time instead of polling.

Where are the docs?

Full reference lives in the Fleetwire help center. Reach out to the team if you need access or an endpoint that isn't documented yet.
